Random Updates

• Chalica is sick with a bad bad bad cold. But is mustering on- as only moms can.
  
• Jason is sick with a stomach bug. He does not believe in mind over matter. ;)
• Emma and Jackson have little colds and are doing well.
  
• Emma however, has been having some hearing issues. I've noticed it at home over the past 3 days (LOTS of repeating myself and lots of blank stares- and this goes beyond the 3 year old stuff!) And on tuesday her teachers noticed it and told me about her hearing issues and a friend that watched her the other day has also noticed. SO- she has a doctor's appt on Friday morning at 9:40am. Hopefully it is nothing more than stuffy ears due to a cold, but I am worried.
• Emma might be switching pre-schools soon- more on that later as it deserves its on full post.
  
• Jackson is learning so many new words and new things. He and Emma are really starting to enjoy playing together. Chasing each other around, playing on her bed, playing in a little house.
• I am trying to get Jackson in a gymnastics class or a music class, but so far- they are all full.
  
• I started leading a bible study today. It's a 13 week program called First Place for Health, more on that later- but it is a Christian based weight loss bible study.
• We are hosting the Praise and Worship Team at our house this Friday evening for a little "getting to know you outside of church" time.
  
• No news on the moving front. The person in Jason's unit that can help us find out bases that have trumpet openings in October is out on leave but "should" be back soon.
