3.8 million Korean Won

Our banking situation in Korea is....complicated. While we used to have one bank in the US, here we have three. THREE DIFFERENT BANKS all necessary to meet our needs.

Sigh.

The Army pays us our housing allowance in US dollars. We are then responsible for exchanging the money into Korean Won. The won rate has been fluctuating a LOT since we've been here. Right now the value of the Won is low. So lately our US dollars have been going a lot farther when it comes to Rent Time. But the rates could easily swing the other way, so every month its a bit of a gamble.

(Like I said, its complicated so dont worry about the details)

For a few hours a month, its fun being a Won Millionnaire.
